Single Occupancy £69.00 single night, £65.00 multiple nights.
Double occupancy £79.00 single night, £75.00 multiple night.
Family room + £20.00 per night, per child. Max two children.
A minimum two night stay applies at the week end.

Reservations

Please phone or fax with your credit card details to reserve a room.

Arrivals
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival.
Please advise if your arrival is outside of these times.

Departure
We request guests vacate their rooms by 10am
on the day of departure.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the cost of your room and is served
between 7am and 9am.

Your room has a wide flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player.
We have a selection of DVD’s you can borrow.

Tea  and  Coffee

Tea and coffee refills are replenished on a daily basis.
If you would like fresh milk or a wider selection of teas,
please just ask.

Cancellations
There are no charges for cancellations up to one week
before your arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are charged at 50%
of the total stay (if we are unable to re-let the room).
If you fail to arrive and have not canceled we reserve the
right to deduct the full cost of your booking .
